We are often asked to share our conflict
management skills with companies, schools, and organizations. This
can be formatted in a simple 1 hour presentation, such as a
brown-bag lunch, or in a more extensive seminar which involves group
interaction, role-playing, and breakout workshops. We have shared
our conflict solutions with companies as large as The Parsons Group,
an international consulting firm, where we teamed up with two
attorneys from the EEOC, and as young as high school Teen Leadership
classes that requested a three-day course.
